Stenaline sail between Rosslare and Cherbourg and offer competitive web rates on www.stenaline.ie
While Stenaline do not offer a general GoldWing discount, they do have one motorcycle rate which can include a trailer or can be a sidecar or trike. This by itself can be a good deal especially if you have an added trailer or ride a sidecar or trike.Very good news for anyone coming to the Irish Treffen direct from France. For our treffen in August, Stenaline offer a 15% discount. The discount is only available from 15 to 22 August on inward routes to Ireland, and from 23 to 30 August for outward routes from Ireland. Anyone interested will have to book by phone to get the 15% (15-30 August). For this August (15-30) offer only, Phone +353 53 9161560, quote Goldwing Club:

Irish Ferries are offering 10% discount off their web fares for 2015 (except Dublin/Cherbourg route). They operate direct crossings from/to France (Rosslare/ Cherbourg and Rosslare/ Roscoff). Irish Ferries have a separate sidecar rate (more expensive than a solo). A trike should be booked on-line as a sidecar. Irish Ferries charge for trailers towed by motorcycle (see below). To get the 10% discount you must use discount codes. The Codes are confidential, so you need to get the Discount Code from your International representative, or GWOCI
Go to www.irishferries.com
On the web home page, use the Book Your Trip section where the last field allows you to enter a Discount Code. Proceed with the process and you will see the discounted price (Step 3) before you are asked for your personal details.
Trailers: Please note that if you want to include a trailer with your Irish Ferries booking, the system will initially charge it at a car trailer rate. You can get a 50% reduction for trailers (up to 4m in length) when using the cruise ferry. To avail of this reduction, book online and then email David O Connor, firstname.lastname@example.org
with the booking reference number. David will then apply the reduction and will refund the payment card with the difference.
